2. Purpose

This website provides information about the restaurant, its menu, premises, contact details and bookings. Access is free and requires no registration.

3. Terms of use

Visitors agree to use the content lawfully and in good faith, and not for any unlawful activity or in a way that could harm the owner or third parties.

4. Menu, prices and allergens

The menu and prices shown are for information only, include VAT and may change without notice. Prices in force at the restaurant prevail. Allergen information (Regulation (EU) 1169/2011) is available at the restaurant: please always ask our staff before ordering.

5. Bookings

The booking form does not send data to any server of this website: it opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message that you decide whether to send. A booking is only confirmed once the restaurant replies.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo and photographs of the premises belong to the owner or are used with permission. Some dish photographs come from licensed stock libraries and are illustrative. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Commercial reproduction without permission is prohibited.

7. Liability and links

The owner strives to keep the information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee it is error-free or that the website is always available. Links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Maps) are provided for convenience; the owner is not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts under the law; if you act as a consumer, those of your place of residence.
